Make the most of having a little time on your hands before your baby arrives where you can focus on yourself. Manicures, Pedicures, Massage, getting your hair done are great ways to relax and unwind and feel fantastic.
The more sleep you can get before the 'big day' the better! Labour is tiring and you will need plenty of energy during and after. Exercise can help improve the quality of your sleep too.
