Waiting for baby to arrive? Top 3 things to do

If there are a couple of weeks to go before your baby arrives, or if you have passed your estimated due date and there aren't any signs of labour yet, here are our top 3 favourites things to do while playing the 'Waiting game'.
Keeping active by doing Pilates, Swimming or Walking will help keep your body moving and will help prepare you for the demands of labour.
Pamper time
We aren't referring to nappies for this one!
Make the most of having a little time on your hands before your baby arrives where you can focus on yourself. Manicures, Pedicures, Massage, getting your hair done are great ways to relax and unwind and feel fantastic.
The more sleep you can get before the 'big day' the better! Labour is tiring and you will need plenty of energy during and after. Exercise can help improve the quality of your sleep too.
